Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Walpole site controller and dependable team member of the Walpole finance team
Generating financial information from SAP
Support the Walpole productivity efforts by reporting the measures and their financial impact in the One Puma Web (OPW) tool
Generating basic journal entries within the monthly closing process
Lead the GR/IR reconciliation and processing
Business interface to central AP department
Process inventory-related transactions in SAP
Misc. financial analytics
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree.
1+ years of successful experience in finance or related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above
Excellent in MS Excel and SAP
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word
Excellent communication, writing and reporting skills to effectively communicate financial information
Strong appreciation for the importance of ensuring accuracy in all levels of financial reporting
Self-driven and resourceful to meet deadlines, achieve goals, work independently as well as in teams
Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
