Engineering Project Support 1

Description:

Supports the Construction Operations team by performing administrative tasks, such as: document management, correspondence, taking minutes, accepting deliveries, coordinating work schedules, maintaining safety records, billing support, internal project administration, etc. Generally assists the project management team for full construction project execution.
Successful candidate will have a strong technical and/or formal writing capabilities and will submit writing samples as part of the application. Candidate will be tasked with creating and maintaining templates and records for various construction-related documentation according to the contract including but not limited to: claims, delays, change orders, work reports, safety reports and daily logs.
Successful candidate will be required to work 40hrs per week. Initial work location will be office based (Anchorage, KY) until early Summer 2023. Upon project mobilization, work location will be a site job trailer at a construction project in Louisville, KY.
Candidate will report to Construction Operations Manager. Work will be directed by Construction Project Manager(s).
This is a customer-facing role. Appropriate project attire, including PPE will be required.
The construction project is expected to have a minimum three-year duration. This role has the potential to be extended and/or become a full-time position.
