Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software. Well versed with Winows and Mac OS. Active Directory and any ticketing system
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically Recommend hardware and software improvements
Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
5-years of experience in a Desktop Support or Junior Systems Admin role.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships with end users easily
Positive and professional demeanor Certifications:
Any combination of "current" certifications in a discipline that is relevant to the job role will be accepted. Examples: Microsoft Modern Desktop
