Job Description
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
- PMP, ITIL certification is a plus
- Overall 8+ years of experience with 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, Implementation
- experience of implementation of business software such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS applications is a plus
- Excellent business acumen and experience dealing with challenging situations
- Experience working and communicating with C level executives and HR/Payroll heads
- Experienced in handling multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
- Experience on end to end implementation of software products
- should have the experience of global exposure
- should have experience in HCM/SaaS based products
