Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Getting feedback.
*Scheduling open house.
*Preparing listing documents (Sellers Disclosures, Lead Base Paint
Disclosures, HOA Documents, etc.)
*Settlement Statement from Title Company. Weekly seller reports.
*Creating listing paperwork/agency agreement.
*Creating listings and putting them in the system.
*Scheduling home photoshoot.
*Scheduling showings for listings.
*Coordinating offers received on the listing (processing addendum/counter
addendum/multiple offer notice, etc.)
