Job Description
- To assist the Director of Engineering in every aspect of the operation as requested.
- To report to the Director of Engineering any abnormal conditions with relation to life safety related equipment or situations.
- To supervise other Engineering associates.
- To perform, at least weekly, a routine inspection of all engineering operational areas (plant rooms) and report any equipment malfunctions to the Director of Engineering.
- To control and verify all engineering logbook entries.
- To supervise personally all hazardous work and ensure that all safety procedures are strictly observed.
- To monitor the implementation of all energy conservation procedures and report any irregularities and noncompliance to the Director of Engineering.
- To prepare monthly comparative utility consumption reports and keep constant survey of correct calibration of all utility recording instruments.
