Job Description
7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM applications - Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills Require 7+ years of technical experience on various Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Self-Service, Absence Management) Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM application architecture. Expertise in HCM Data Loader, Spreadsheet Loader Expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extract Expertise in Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Comp Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, HRMS APIs, EBS Fast Formulas Experience with software development support tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM etc) Knowledge of SOA or Oracle Integration Cloud would be an asset Knowledge of Kronos would be an asset Knowledge of SuccessFactors (eBiz/LMS) would be an asset Knowledge in WIM would be an asset Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills Extremely detail-oriented, and able to produce accurate, precise work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines Strong time management skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills
