Finance Manager (m/w/d)

For our client, an international Corporate Start-Up, we are searching for a Finance Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin.

Tasks

• Proactively lead Finance, Tax and Controlling functions, enabling the company s future growth
• Prepare month/quarter/year-end closings and financial statements according to IFRS & HGB
• Oversee daily financial operations (accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, orders, etc) with the support of a shared service center
• Manage working capital and organizational cash flow forecasting
• Assist in the annual budgeting and planning processes
• Liaise with external service providers such as tax advisors and auditors
• VAT declarations Germany and Switzerland

Requirements

• Bachelor in Finance or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Banking or other relevant areas
• Strong drive, hands-on, positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Start-up mentality , able to cope with change and a fast-growing business
• English fluent
• German at least B1 level
