Job Description
Position Overview:
Responsibilities include working on IT Infrastructure Projects to prepare comprehensive action plans that include resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. Will perform various coordination tasks (like schedule and risk management) along with administrative duties (i.e. maintaining IT PMO project documentation artifacts) on MS Teams (SharePoint) as well as handling financial queries such as requesting quotes, updating/creating ROM's and assisting with change orders. Must have IT Infrastructure knowledge of Network Engineering, Telcom, Acquisition Teams, Value Added Resellers, IT Applications Team Integration. Added pluses: experienced working with Low Voltage Designers or structured Cabling vendors as well as general and electrical contractors. A utility infrastructure player who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and have a voice.
Leads the delivery of a complex project. Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
7+ years of Project Management (PM) experience leading IT Infrastructure projects. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's Degree. PMP Preferred.
Location (If remote, list as so):
Onsite COH Duarte campus or Onsite COH Rivergrade campus (as needed) remote otherwise
Schedule:
Monday Friday 8am-5pm PST (flexible)
Interview Type (phone, Teams, in-person, etc.):
1st round interview will be internal to IT Infrastructure leadership (MS Teams preferred)
If candidate successful, a 2nd round interview will be scheduled in collaboration with our COH AppDev partners (via MS Teams)
