Job Description
Duration: 3 months contract (potential for an extension)
Shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm
WEEKENDS when required. FIT TEST REQUIRED. provide day to day support to +1000 users techs with positive attitude, team players, independent, able to provide support to users on on their software and hardware break fix issues on Windows 10 desktop, laptops, VDI, Chomebooks, phones, printing, between others. Dress Code Requirements Smart casual SCR CLEARANCE REQUIRED - MAIN SITE IS WESTCHESTER BH BUT WILL FLOAT TO OTHER NYP CAMPUSES AS NEEDED Replacement
