Are you someone withrecruiter experiencewho would like to apply your skills within an HR function? This role could be just for you! We have created a role which focuses on recruitment across the UK business, and its six factory sites, and also encompasses leading our onboarding experience.
Unlike commercial recruiter roles this job is not KPI led and there is not the added pressure of targets linked to reward. This role is salary based and requires someone who is experienced at writing attractive job ads, using Indeed and job boards, and knows their way around the recruitment world. We have our own career page and social media platforms too.
Recruiting permanent roles and limiting our access to agency, you will create a pool of candidates and engage with them while presenting our brand. This means attending job fairs and liaising with education establishments as examples.
Recruiting the candidate involves using our inhouse HR systems and candidates are set up as employees digitally. You will oversee this process and help ensure a smooth onboarding journey. You need IT systems experience at data entry level.
The role closely links with our marketing function and you will be involved in producing our newsletter, and marketing to employees. You will be involved in community links. You will help manage benefits such as perkbox. A chunk of the role is therefore much to do with engagement as we build towards being a great employer.
Currently based at our Pontyclun factory within 2 years this role is likely to be based at Port Talbot, M4 corridor. So you will need to factor in this commute.
