Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Training Coordinator
Location: Newburyport, MA
Day Shift: 8 AM TO 5 PM PST
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a cross-training matrix to ensure skills support business continuity as defined by established criteria, such as documentation, specifications, or procedures.
- Assist in preparation of training content as defined by the Training Specialist; which will include delivery of prescribed training, as requested.
- Assist in creating training content including screenshots and video with the use of Word, PowerPoint, or other program; conforming to specified instructions; including LMS learning modules.
- Coordinate and schedule training required by established criteria, such as documents, specifications, or procedure.
- Research, organize, and present training options and alternatives, including LMS-compatible vendors, off the shelf providers, and custom content providers.
- Respond to manufacturing associates by timely answering routine questions, follow up, and escalating where appropriate.
- Perform data entry and maintenance into the RE learning management system.
- Collate and organize training materials prepared by instructors to support delivery.
- Participate in unit level onboarding, and backup peers in Operations Training.
- Assist in performing needs assessments to identify training gaps.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, in administrative support, talent management, learning & development, data entry, and/or training coordination and procedure; or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exposure to manufacturing, especially semiconductor, is preferred but not required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
