100% REMOTE FLEX BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Full-cycle business development covering all of our services across any location
Utilize email marketing, social media, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc. for bringing in new business
Develop meaningful and long-term relationships with clients and customers
Generate new leads and translate them into new business
Follow-up on sales leads provided by Recruiter(s)
Document notes in our internal ATS

REQUIREMENTS
Prior sales experience with an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to work remotely, using personal laptop at first
Must value providing an exemplary experience for our clients and customers
Comfortable with incomes primarily from commissions
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Experience with Zoho (ATS)
Prior military experience
Experience with email marketing such as mail chimp or AWS
Extensive knowledge in social media platforms such as instagram, twitter, or TikTok
