1099 Remote Business Development Contractor

This is a remote position.

100% REMOTE FLEX BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Full-cycle business development covering all of our services across any location
  

• Utilize email marketing, social media, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc. for bringing in new business
  

• Develop meaningful and long-term relationships with clients and customers
  

• Generate new leads and translate them into new business
  

• Follow-up on sales leads provided by Recruiter(s)
  

• Document notes in our internal ATS

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior sales experience with an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  

• Ability to work remotely, using personal laptop at first
  

• Must value providing an exemplary experience for our clients and customers
  

• Comfortable with incomes primarily from commissions
  

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Experience with Zoho (ATS)
  

• Prior military experience
  

• Experience with email marketing such as mail chimp or AWS
  

• Extensive knowledge in social media platforms such as instagram, twitter, or TikTok
