Job Description

We're looking for our first account executive to take on leading the sales for our larger accounts.

CoffeePals' story:

At the time of writing, we're a team of 4 that has been bootstrapping for less than a year and has acquired hundreds of happy customers in every corner of the globe. We're a 100% remote company with employees on both sides of the Atlantic trying to bridge the gap between in-office and remote work.

CoffeePals builds software that has the opportunity to improve the work culture and engagement in virtually every industry.

The role:

As our customers first introduction to our team and our products, the Account Executive is the face of CoffeePals. When a new sales lead is identified, the Account Executive will lead demos, introduce our full suite of products, and most importantly, listen to the customer and anticipate needs. The Account Executive is key to CoffeePals' success, and the role offers significant growth opportunities as we expand up market.

Tasks

The responsibilities:

  • Close new business
  • Find new leads
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Product and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience to customers
  • Research and ask questions to learn as much as possible about potential customers
  • Sell strategically by identifying a customer s challenges and solving them with our unique product offerings
  • Present creative solutions through advisory discussions and customized product demos
  • Develop client relationships through regular communication
  • Help us identify and build best practices within our sales team
  • Track and report on sales activity
  • Be a generally awesome person who clients want to spend time with

Requirements

  • Are personable, empathetic and enjoy fostering new relationships
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with a relentless pursuit of leads to generate sales
  • 3 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Have sold to enterprise clients from 1000-10,000 employees
  • Can think on your feet and navigate conversations without a step-by-step guide
  • Understand how to prioritize tasks
  • Experience selling to HR Managers and executives
  • Can self manage and carry a quota
  • Want to work in a high-growth, dynamic environment with an incredible team
