Job Description: - Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Candidate should have 12 -15 years in global / regional service delivery for enterprise client
Candidate should have experience in ITIL based delivery or PMP/ agile project management.
CSM is responsible for ensuring reliable service delivery across cloud, application services and projects for the region.
Candidate to ensure data insights-based governance periodically with client leadership team
demonstrated experience in managing end-end infrastructure and understanding of Infra- application- business process stack
Inline to client priorities, CSM to drive SIPs/ performance improvement initiatives
Hands on in managing remote delivery in offshore based delivery model.
Candidate should have the ability to apply industry contexts in the cloud services for improved Business 2 IT correlations
prepared for 24/7 support based on delivery requirements.
Candidate should be able to manage and coordinate the demands and non-standard requests from client
Candidate should have consulting ability (first level) for in-scope infra and cloud services
