Job Description:

Must Have Skills:

• 10 Years working experience as a integration manager / lead on more than two significant SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Understanding of SAP's Integration Roadmap and strategy as it relates to Business Technology Platform Integration Suite .
• Experience with SAP's Event Enablement add-on in S/4HANA for On Premise or Private Cloud installations.
• Knowledge on SAP business process in the area of SCM and FI
• Experienced in creating integration architecture using latest technologies that are beyond SAP products .
• Knowledge of newer integration models like API Architecture, Event Driven architecture and ability to lead teams and clients in setting the right architecture for their future .
• Experienced in an integration technology beyond SAP CPI .
• Experienced most common integration patterns like OP to OP, OP to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, B2B, A2A, B2G .
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous innovation
• Capability to plan and lead business workshops
• Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging topics relating on business process, SAP architecture, integration with business users, business heads, IT heads
• Understanding of SAP Best Practices and knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology.
• Greenfield implementation experience.
• Excellent communication skills and should be able to collaborate and present to the management team .
• Nice to Have Skills:
• Certified in SAP cloud products.
• Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of all SAP integration technologies to interface with other systems.
• Collaborate with the SAP Program and stakeholders to validate solution design principles and scope to best meet the business needs within the SAP Transformation Program guidelines.
• Provide direction, guidance and input into solution design and implementation decisions based on the functional knowledge and technical understanding of the integrated SAP S/4HANA landscape.
• Define the interfaces strategy and align with the core team before implementing the local and core interfaces and ensure that all the interfaces will be built and tested properly.
• You will ensure the system integration between the legacies and global solutions
• Engagement across technical, functional, and business teams, e.g. ABAP, Third party system and functional to ensure an integrated solution design.
• Demonstrate team leader capabilities to manage resources.
• Work within the SAP Transformation Program team on activities as required (solution integration, data migration strategy, infrastructure, reporting, master data management and development)
