Manage the FP&A process; budgeting and forecasting, cash flow & EBITDA
Establish KPIs, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, analyze financial results and variances, assess business performance and risks, and communicate key messages to the leadership team;
Fully responsible for management and optimization of the Corporate model
Evaluate Treasury outsource function; determine if current vendor or insourcing is in the companys best interest
Monthly, quarterly, annual Management reporting and Board presentation package
Become integral part of M&A evaluation; valuation modeling, divestiture analysis and business development
Primary point of contact for all banking relationships
Manage the preparation of bank account documentation, including new account openings and legacy closings, and update authorities and entitlements;
Treasury related activities; cash reporting, wire transfers, ACH payments, liquidity management, and review of bank activity
Oversight of debt facilities and maintenance of day to day lender requirements. Prepare monthly view on debt service forecast
Internal control maintenance for Treasury and Finance related processes
Perform ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentations
Qualifications include:
Four year degree in accounting, finance, economics required
10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury/cash management or similar role;
Experience in annual budget, capital budgeting, and long-term strategic planning
Treasury management experience including managing liquidity, cash flows, banking relationships and covenants
Financial modelling experience required to create financial models including 5-year plans, life of asset, 13-week cashflow, 3 statement models, etc.;
Advanced Excel experience
Above average communication and presentation skills
