To handle Contract Labor Management
To monitor Timely Office Functions
To handle Statutory & Compliance under various Labor laws
Maintaining discipline in factory premises
Preparation of daily & monthly attendance
Preparation of monthly plant workmen Wage bill
To handle IR & Compliance related activities
Manning the plant as per requirement
Maintaining good housekeeping factory premises
Handling local purchases
Liaison with all Govt. officers as representative of company
Attending any type of accident at plant level.
Maintaining all welfare activities at plant level.
Handling factory imprest Expenses.
Handling scrap disposal activity.
Maintaining all safety related ppeS.
Only Male candidate Preferred
