Job Description

Solution/Pre-Sales Architect- 2 Positions
Long Term Contract -12+ months- W2/C2C
REMOTE/Work From Home (PST)
Pay rate: Market/Negotiable

Solution Architect expected to be a Presales architect/consultant in the IT services industry who can interact with clients, lead technical and business discussions, run workshops, understand business needs, define modern architecture options, solution components for identified business scenarios and for the enterprise. Must have been in a Solution Architect consulting or Presales role led proposals and SOWs related to complex solutions On prem and Cloud. Able to lead the Presales cycle for Cloud opportunities, understand the client's business and technical needs, envision and design solution options, drive estimation, proposal, SOW creation and win themes working with internal WinWire teams (Sales, Practice, Delivery and Presales).

Expected to perform the following activities:

  • Front end lead discussions with the client; Provide technical & architecture guidance, for various technology areas spectrum.
  • Play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership in the areas of AppDev and Data & AI.
  • Own account plans and targets for named accounts, including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and helping grow pipeline.
  • Lead development of proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow with existing and new clients.
  • Work with Account/Sales teams to manage the Presales process and provide the leadership throughout the sales-cycle from leads to initial qualification to qualifying lead.
  • Generate proactive leads in strategic accounts. Work with Global practice teams on RFPs/Events/Go-to-Market (GTM) on solution
  • Work with the identified key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop and own GTM plans
  • Drive new solution offerings and build collateral and positioning; Provide demonstration of tools to clients.
  • Skills & Experience

    • Overall 18 years of experience with at least 5 years Management/Technical Consulting in solution consulting. Pre-sales Experience.
    • Worked on proposals and projects in the Cloud technologies especially leveraging Azure services. Ability to understand the needs of the client.
    • Prior experience in a collaborative environment with a Global Delivery Model based IT Services Company (Implementation Partners/System Integrator/IT Consulting).
    • Must have in experience Azure Cloud Platform, Data Driven Digital Technologies - App Modernization, Migration and Data Analytics
    • Experience in Modernization, migration and data migration from On-Prem and Cloud platforms to Azure/AWS/GCP
    • Knowledge of Azure services, ML/AI platforms and Azure ML and Cognitive services and how to leverage them for business solutions.
    • Experience in Multi-industry Domains - Healthcare, Life science, Retail, IT preferred
