Job Description
CONTROLLER/CFOopportunity for a well-established/successful, multi-facility, private equity backed, and aggressively growing (organic and through acquisitions/vertical extensions) AGRICULTURE/COMMODITIES company.
Position will manage a small/growing team of professionals and be responsible for leading/managing all facets of accounting/finance (e.g. month-end close/transactional accounting, financial reporting/analysis/BOD packet, FP&A (operational/financial), treasury/cash management, KPIs/dash-boarding, identification/capture of business/process/technology opportunities and be heavily involved in business strategy/growth/expansion)
Salary $125 to $150K (DOE), 25% cash bonus, equity potential, entrepreneurial and family-oriented culture/work environment.
