What Youll Do

TheNA Commercial Automotive Finance Manager position partners closely with the Director of Finance for STANLEY Engineered Fastening North American Automotive. The position is responsible for the coordination and consolidation of the NA Automotive business forecast and actual results, and cross functionally partnering with the full business team to achieve business objectives. The role also includes responsibilities for special projects and analyses that change based on evolving business need. This position will also assist in streamlining processes and implementing tools to drive effective business decisions. The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and within a group setting with multiple departments and points of contactwithin the companys matrix organization. Youll get to:
Partner With Cross Functional Team to Achieve Business Goals Around Sales, Price, Margin & Accounts Receivable
Ability to foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork across a matrixed finance organization.
Guide and execute price opportunities in the Systems product line
Able to build cross-functional relationships and interact with all levels in the organization
Coordinate and consolidate the Annual Budget, Quarterly Forecasts, Annual Strategic Plan
Manage & oversee reporting requirements in a timely manner including variance analysis to Budget, Forecast and Prior Year, operating margin walks, supplemental data reporting, month end close, quarter reviews, daily sales, backlog and weekly orders
Partner with FP&A Leadership to meet timelines, reviews, and deliverables of the P&L and working capital forecast and results
Drive transparency of financial results and outlook throughout the matrix organization, including understanding and communicating reasons for variance to plan/budget
Support and consistently communicate with the Plant Controllers, Sales leaders and Department Managers
Contribute and participate in the S&OP process
Identify and develop tools to manage the business, provide visibility into key metrics and drive operating performance
Partner with FP&A Leadership to drive cost reduction and working capital initiatives, initiate such discussions with foresight of business conditions
Manage Sr. Financial Analyst & own SG&A including headcount & resulting spend to meet business goals

Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems JD Edwards and Oracle Hyperion experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication, both verbal and written
Experience with next generation data tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, Alteryx) a plus
