Partner Platform Operations Manager
(link removed) The Partner Operations team works on growing distribution of our best-in-class Paramount content across multiple types of digital partnerships and business models, including (but not limited to) ad-supported streaming, subscription video on demand (with Paramount+), and digital OTT and FAST products. We are a diverse and agile team that works in an exciting and fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally across different departments and partnering with multiple technology/distribution partners to ensure that we bring our premium content to consumers, however and wherever they want to consume it. This will be a hybrid work setup.
Ideally, you will reside within commuting distance of our Burbank, CA or New York City, NY office/s for occasional onsite work.


The Partner Platform Operations Manager will play a key role as a foundational member of our growing partner operations function. In this role, the Operations Manager will be closely involved in tracking and owning the onboarding pipeline, process documentation management, content operations & partner integration support. They will work under the mentorship of the Senior Director, Partner Operations and partner with other key associates to address priority needs, while working on projects aimed to streamline operations and processes that help drive growth and revenue. The Partner Platform Operations Manager is expected to facilitate Paramount+ distribution efforts on emerging partner platforms, be involved with a varying range of projects, and will be expected to interact and handle relationships with cross-functional teams both externally and internally.


Primary Responsibilities
:
Support the onboarding and delivery of Paramount+ SVOD and linear content distribution platforms
Handling partner onboarding pipeline
Support for partner content system initiatives
Triage and troubleshoot onboarding asset issues and rejections
Support the prioritization of the delivery of appropriate digital streams to each partner
Develop and iterate on operational specs and documentation based upon changing processes
Work cross-functionally with content teams, video operations, and other internal teams to help partners launch content
Conduct regular product audits across various platforms for consistency


Basic Qualifications:

3+years of previous experience in a client/external facing partner and operations management role within a media company or digital/virtual MVPD(s) or SVOD service(s), project management, and relevant post-production or interactive roles.
Entrepreneurial and product management mentality with a strong curiosity when it comes to new and emerging technologies
Previous experience working in a distribution role; passion and demonstrated interest in film and television content is a must


Additional Qualifications:

Technical understanding of SVOD product platforms and the linear streaming end to end pipeline.
Demonstrated strong EQ with ability to work cross functionally with various and complementary teams both internally and externally.
A demonstrated strong understanding of the digital linear streaming, SVOD, VOD space.
Strong proficiency in MS office applications (PowerPoint and Excel)
Experience with content tracking and content management tools
Strong communication and organization skills verbal, written, and presentation.
Possess an exceptional work ethic, be able to work independently and collaboratively as a team, and act proactively and drive resolution.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a necessity
Experience with scripting and database creation is a plus
Experience with international distribution also a plus
