What You'll Do


Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Business Process Modeler to support the Business Performance Insights team to enhance the business process management capability across the enterprise. The Business Process Modeler gathers and analyzes information from a variety of sources to create business process models within the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC) methodology framework and BPM 2.0 standards. Process development includes capturing information, systems and data flowing through the processes together with known process issues and may also involve the development of future state process documentation.

Using the APQC framework for context, work with required stakeholders (including Process Owners, and Games Performance Data stakeholders) to document processes using BPMN in Signavio Process Manager.

Process development work may vary, and include:

Facilitating workshops/meetings/focus group sessions with key stakeholders to understand current state processes, identifying inefficiencies, pain points, and data objects (where required) within current business processes.

Reviewing existing documentation, confirming relevancy, transferring content into Signavio, and validating the process with stakeholders.

Utilize Signavio and BPMN 2.0 standards in all process deliverables as per defined process modeling governance.

Work with stakeholders to capture feedback, develop processes, and validate processes.

Elicit, identify, and capture process and data related issues and opportunities to be utilized for future improvement programs.

Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture process documentation using Signavio Process Manager.

Use Signavio Collaboration Hub to share and collaborate process content with stakeholders.

Identify process gaps (within APQC or within identified processes).

Partner with Aristocrat's BPM Center of Excellence(BPM CoE)to build the process repository within the defined framework.


What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years experience as a Business Process Modeler/ Analyst on large and complex projects.

2+ years experience in applyingBPMN 2.0 modeling notation(formal certification highly preferred).

Demonstrable experience in Business Process Modeling and Business Process Improvement.

Strong understanding of BPM methodology, improvement cycles, process hierarchy, process metrics etc.

Strong analytical skillswith ability to extensively analyze business processes.

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups.

Signavio Experience ispreferred.
