Our client company is seeking an experienced manager to ensure that the production area achieves performance targets with safety, quality, productivity, and other goals assigned.

You must be willing to:
Ensure all HSE & regulatory processes are followed in the area
Demonstrate/drive safe behaviors/participation in all HSE related systems/enforce safety policies/regulations
Be accountable for achieving specific OEE targets through driving focused improvement effort
Ensure team members provide accurate/timely OEE data entry
Create training/development plans for all employees
Manages inventory of materials for area processes
Initiate MOCs as necessary
Plan/establish work schedules/assignments/production sequences
Proactively resolve employee concerns/complaints

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Degree
5+ years chemical plant experience
Experience supervising people and/or leading teams
Proficient in the use of PC/DCS/PLC
Skilled in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/SAP
Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
