RECRUITMENT TEAM LEAD
Title: Recruitment Team Lead

Reporting Manager: Recruitment Associate Manager
Location: San Juan City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid (WFH and Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
Will manage a team of recruiters.
Delegate tasks to team members, and drive strict adherence to delivery timelines with quality and accuracy of output.
Set team goals and targets and monitor progress against recruitment department metrics
Coach the recruitment team continuously, direct and support their professional development, drive performance to achieve department goals and objectives, and keep them informed on policy and process changes
Develop and implement action plans on a daily basis to ensure the attainment of recruitment targets, overseeing full-cycle recruitment procedures, ensuring all required documents are complete and organized.
Develop creative recruitment solutions if the team is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of hiring requirements
Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
Source and screen applications and select candidates when needed
Act as first escalation point to clients for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Build good working relationships with assigned clients
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis
Identify issues and recommend actions
Strong understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools
Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
Good understanding of the external marketplace or trends
Assist in planning and implementation of initiatives on innovation and strategies.
Assist in planning and Implementation of Recruiting Events
Initiate team activities to maintain good working relationships among team members
Perform other duties when necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course or has relevant experience
Preferably with at least 5 years of recruiting experience
Preferably with at least 2 years experience in sourcing and placement in an RPO industry or similar hiring work
Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledgeable in sourcing for active and passive leads through various channels
Familiar in doing Boolean search to target the right profiles need for the hiring requirements.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experienced with reports and trackers management
Strong interpersonal skills including strong verbal and effective written communication skills.
Strong planning and organizing skills, especially prioritizing multiple projects/tasks.
Effective time management skills.
Strong people management skills
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to influence others and present a positive company image.
Must be customer-oriented, highly organized, and detail oriented
Must be highly flexible to increasing/changing demands
Must be proactive with good problem-solving skills
Amenable to work on holidays and on weekends if necessary
Must have at least 10mbps of internet service
Must have own laptop/desktop (will be given asset upon regularization)
