Salary : R 7 500.00
The successful candidate will become a team player in busy office, the role will be very varied and will require a flexible individual :-
Answering incoming calls
Puchase ledger data entry & assisting with other office duties when necessary
Administration support to other departments when necessary
In-house database maintenance and social media updating when necessary
Documentation (drafting letters/contracts)
Assisting teams with different projects
Purchasing office supplies, including sundries and stationery when necessary
Other ad hoc duties as required
This position would suit an individual looking to develop and grow with an expanding company.
The successful candidate must:
Have at least 1 years previous experience working within a busy office
Be able to multi task and work to within given timescales and meet deadlines
Excellent spoken and written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MAC.
Be pro-active to your task management
Be flexible, hardworking and have a positive attitude towards tasks
Be keen and willing to learn
