Job Description:
- SAFE Certified agile coach
- S - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent articulation skills strong PM & Delivery experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Mentor teams on Agile approaches to estimation, planning, and story mapping.
- Facilitating superior performance at the team level
- Take care of delivery hurdles
- Supervising multiple teams like Scrum of Scrums, Big Room Planning, and Retrospectives
- Enabling changes in new ways of working
- Build Agile maturity
- Coach and guide Scrum Masters
- Build self-organizing teams of Agile teams
- Enhance predictability of solution delivery
- Interacting stakeholders for generating business value
