Professional - Customer Inventory Analyst

Job Description: Manage technical reporting/data in a manner consistent with the customer's required service level and team objectives, while maximizing supply chain efficiencies. Facilitate problem resolution in tools leveraged to support collaborative planning, forecasting, inventory management, and order replenishment processes.

Position will likely be for 6 months, with the possibility to be extended further depending on business needs. Position open to either remote or on-site. If candidate is local, the candidate is welcome to work on site.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and manipulate data files in Excel and Power BI/Power Query
Create slicers in the data and connect information to the appropriate data sources to provide reporting that is efficient, accurate, and easy to use
Collaborate with users and process leaders to identify and implement technical solutions for tools to support customer planning, forecasting, and inventory management processes that maximize retailer in-stocks and sales
Develop reporting that brings in a variety of data sources and formats to drive insights and decision making across various customer teams that have differing needs
Help to deliver prioritized enhancements in reporting and tools to meet user needs

o Ability to proficiently use and perform key functions of Microsoft office software program, Power BI and Power Query software programs.

Education required: Minimum of Associate s degree (preferably in a Technical field)
Experience: 3-5 years of Power BI & Power Query experience, along with 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience
Preferred Experience/Qualifications: Familiarity with order fulfillment systems & data is desirable. Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI & Power Query).
