About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting go-to-market readiness activities and delivery of programs to the global sales and customer success organization (and other close to revenue groups as assigned).
What You'll Do


Join an incredible and supportive Global Revenue Enablement team that collaborates and innovates

Enable training of our go-to-market team around Glassdoor products, systems, tools as well as sales & service processes

Facilitate the New Hire onboarding program for our GTM Team

Manage the coordination of all Enablement programs such as: New Hire Onboarding, product-specific training sessions and any 3rd party training

Support content management for GTM

Build relationships across Glassdoor that increase adoption and participation in our programs

What You'll Bring:


A commitment to add to our culture of DEI

2+ years related-experience in job function and/or industry

Bachelors degree

Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)

Excitement around facilitation for large audiences, senior leadership audiences, and virtual audiences

Experience training in a professional setting

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Previous sales or client service experience

Proficient with Google office tools

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask effectively

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range*: $74,300.00 - $111,500.00

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual Bonus Target**: 10%

**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews

Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for the very top performers.
