Senior Conceptual Designer, Brand Experience

Were looking for a Senior Conceptual Designer, Brand Experience to join Team Snapchat! Working alongside the Global Brand Experience team, in our Los Angeles office, you will develop strategic experiential concepts to amplify Snapchats physical presence at key industry events.

What you'll do:

Thoughtfully craft spatial environments and execute graphic designs for Snaps branded spaces and experiential activations

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in collaboration with other partners to maintain Snapchats visual brand consistency & aesthetic at key industry events, internal employee events, as well as recruiting and diversity events

Contribute to all stages of the design process from directing the brand style guide, creating original moodboards and sketches, developing clever spatial design for physical environments, and executing graphic designs & print materials

Discover interesting trends & think outside of the box to bring Snapchat to life, spark interest, and champion creativity

Have strong relationships and experience working with agency partners and fabrication shops

Bring first to market experiential ideas to the table and lead research on best in class industry events and design

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Passion for creativity, innovation and thinking outside the box

Expert knowledge of design principles & softwares

Outstanding project management, execution and business acumen

Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities

Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build strategy documents and presentation decks

Experience in strategic planning, building out processes, and managing ambiguity

Minimum qualifications:

8+ years of work experience as a Visual or Concept Designer (in-house brand experience a plus)

Outstanding portfolio demonstrating success in high quality digital mockups, spatial designs and branded experiential concepts

Preferred qualifications:

Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite; Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or other 3D programs

Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment

Attention to detail in design, and production is crucial, reliability is key

Highly organized and a clear and effective communicator

Able to work independently, but also able to take direction
