About the Role

The BizOps team at Glassdoor is a close-knit group responsible for a range of high-impact, high-visibility work that spans strategy and operations. As a Senior Associate, you will work closely with executives across the business to address their highest priority questions, turn your insights into action by identifying initiatives that can help us accelerate growth, and collaborate with stakeholder teams to complete these initiatives. Sample BizOps projects might include: assessing B2B market opportunities, providing strategic thought partnership in product roadmap development, or analyzing key sales metrics to advise go-to-market strategy. This role will be heavily involved in working with our Sr Executive team to guide, align and champion company-wide quarterly and annual OKRs; they will also be a strategic partner to the People team to optimize and analyze internal trends.
What Youll Do


Act as the connective tissue for your cross-functional team, ensuring partners are aligned around a common goal and coordinated in addressing our biggest opportunities

Become the subject matter authority for your part of the business, deeply understanding key drivers and finding opportunities to improve performance

Combine analytical skills with strategic approach to enable better business decisions

Apply project management skills to influence without authority and drive high-priority initiatives

Own operational forecasts and dashboards to supervise performance, set goals, and hold us accountable to hitting them

Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders across the organization, from the CEO to colleagues who will rely on you to guide decision-making on the front lines

Build and give to an inclusive environment where everyones voice is heard

What Youll Bring

4+ years of total work experience; Bachelors degree required

Many, but not all, of our team members have strategy consulting and/or banking experience; we encourage all backgrounds and above all else find that successful BizOps team members have an analytical, strategic demeanor and a passion for solving big questions

Track record of thinking strategically and using analytical skills to solve sophisticated business problems, with curiosity and strive to go beyond initial findings to understand the "why?" and the "so what?"

Self-starter who is resourceful and able to both drive projects autonomously (e.g., by connecting the dots across data sources and functions) and ask for input when needed

High EQ and executive-level communication skills; capable of building positive relationships with partners and conveying sophisticated information to a range of audiences

Experience with G-Suite Products, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Workday or other data tools or a commitment to learning these tools

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range*: $115,300 - $172,900

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual Bonus Target**: 10%

**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews.
