- Fully handle Online Shopping Platform and Social Media Account Business in Office
- Good communication skills and able to follow up with existing customer
- Able to fulfil other job scopes such as administrative work from time to time
- Always able to upload and update new products to our Online Shopping Platform
- Able to handle sales orders
- Able to give fast response to customer inquiries via Online Shopping Platform, calls and others
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time and can work as a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and experience in E-commerce related fields will be an advantage
- Minimum Education Required: SPM
- Language Required Bahasa Malaysia, English
