Skills Must to Have Java 8 (with Functional Programming) / Scala, Linux, strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills Good to have - MongoDB, Akka, Play Framework, Hadoop, Zookeeper, Docker, Python, Elastic (Soar), REST APIs GCP / Cloud platform basic understanding Familiarity with JIRA, Git Knowledge / background with SIEM Job Description: Persistent is building global sustenance team in partnership with a leader with products in Next-Gen SIEM & XDR space. As part of this team, you will work in cross functional environment and help Customer Success team to provide proper technical assistance / bug fixes to end customers as well as work closely with Product Engineering manager & team for long term roadmap and product sustenance. Requirements Experience level & Role within engagement o Sr. Developer : 8 to 10 years BE in Computer Science or related disciplines. Experience building complex systems with high performance, scalability and reliability requirements. Experience with distributed data processing system Strong programming experience in Java and ability to learn Scala quickly Strong troubleshooting skills Self-motivated, result-oriented and strong analytical/problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have Experience building data processing applications using HDFS and/or MongoDB Scala programming experience highly desirable
