Tasks

• Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels phone, email and chat;
• Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain;
• Providing pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers experience;
• Identifying trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients;
• Providing vital product insights and feedback from our customers to the engineering department.

Location: Lisbon

Working hours: 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 07:00h to 19:00h and Saturday & Sunday, 08:00h to 17:00h.

You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch/dinner break. You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.
