CLIENT CANNOT SPONSOR/TRANSFER WORK VISA
CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO BE ON-SITE 4 DAYS/WEEK, INCLUDING TRAVEL TO LOCAL MANUFACTURING FACILITY
BONUS AND EQUITY OPTION ELIGIBLE
Early-stage medical device company seeks a IT Support Engineer to serve as the first point of contact for its employees seeking technical assistance of computer hardware, software and other IT devices. Responsible for problem resolution and escalation from initial troubleshooting/diagnosis to completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree
- 3+ years in a Help Desk Tier I or II support role
- Experience supporting Windows 10+ and MAC O/S environments
- Basic network technologies and VoIP knowledge
- Willingness and ability to travel between sites
- Ability to maneuver under desks to fix/install equipment
- MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a plus
- MS certification is a plus
