MARINE MECHANIC

Marine Affair is located at the Boat Masters precinct and the pristine waters of Hope Harbour Marina - Hope Island. Family Owned and Operated, we service, repair and maintain all makes and models of jet skis and boats. This includes on trailer, on the water, or larger boats lifted onto hard stands.

Qualifications & experience

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would display initiative, motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision, and have:

Minimum 3 years experience and relevant qulaifications.
Experience with large and small engines.
Hard working, great work ethic and positive attitude.
Reliable with QLD drivers essential and boat license an advantage.
Good sense of responsibility and initiative.
Immediate start.
Tasks & responsibilities

Service, repair and maintain all makes and models of boat and jet ski engines.
Electrical install of GPS Fish Finders/sounders
Ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues
General workshop duties
