Job Description

Title: Senior Consultant -VMware Carbon Black App Control Specialist Location: Remote (Will have to go onsite in Washington D.C. to pick up equipment and will have to attend onsite meetings from time to time) Job Scope: REMOTE We need candidates with a background managing environments with Carbon Black App Control, also formerly known as Bit9: Requirements: Must be a US Citizen Must be able to pass a security background check 3+ Years in the security management space, preferably with Carbon Black/Bit9 10 years of IT Infrastructure Experience Consulting experience is a big plus The Role: This is a one-year role with likely extensions, supporting US Government clients managing a large Carbon Black App Control environment. The position could evolve other roles with other clients at VMWare with long term residencies as well. The position will be a remote work from home role, with a requirement of going into the government office to pick up a laptop and PIV card. There may be a very occasional requirement to come into an office for a meeting or client presentation. - Immediate focus moving servers to high enforcement - 1k servers, 100 workstations - currently Low enforcement and medium enforcement want to move all to high enforcement
