Job Description
Job Title: Infra Engineer
Location: Waukesha, WI
Type: Full Time
Job Description:
- Must have L2 experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting
- Must have L1-2 experience in a physical data center, familiar with racking, cabling, networking connections.
- Must have L1-2 experience with networking principals, IP routing and device configuration.
- Must have awareness of virtualization technologies with L1-2 experience with VMware vSphere.
- Must have L1-2 experience in gathering technical requirements, producing documentation, and managing technical projects.
- Must have the ability to triage, document, troubleshoot, engage owners and support teams for operational issues and facilitate solutions.
- Highly desired L1-2 experience in storage administration, NetApp specifically a plus.
- Cloud Ops and experience with DevOps are a big plus but not as a substitute for the must-haves above.
- Desired Any experience with Sun Sunfire and Sparc hardware with SunOS and Solaris.
