Vendor Relations Specialist

Job description

End-to-end ownership & accountability for bulk hiring of associates through the channel of vendors/partners.

Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their services, negotiate prices, and communicate any service-related concerns. Driving the hiring team to achieve their targets of fulfilling the manpower gap.

Evaluating available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best service in hiring and pay-outs.

Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements best practices in the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor's is a must or a Masters in Business Administration would be added advantage.

3 - 5 years of experience in Vendor relationships.
