Our Exciting Opportunity !

We are now looking for a Principal Solution Architect, representing Head - MOAI NDO SEU West and will be responsible for ensuring supporting CUs in technical deliveries of NDO Services in line with the best global practices throughout all phases of the delivery lifecycles and thereby ensuring a profitable business outcome with high levels of customer happiness. You will interface to internal functions as well as towards customer for NDO services. A steadfast focus on meeting customer and project expectations as per the contractual obligations of Ericsson.


Responsibilities !

Drive execution of global standard methodologies and processes for NDO covering Design, Planning, Capacity Planning, Network Optimisation of E2E networks covering RF, Transport & Core Networks
Responsible interface towards customer for NDO related services
Considered as Subject Matter Authority in NDO and have to be technical competent in driving NDO business as per the requirements.
Engage proactively with the leadership and with the respective sales organisations circle to drive leads generation. Key role in reinforcing add- on sales culture and driving top line growth.
Together with the respective project/program organisation improve the profitability through continual dedication and proactively drive efficiencies via tools, process and innovative delivery strategies. You will leave no stone unturned to find more thoughtful, faster deliveries, using on automation Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Ownership & implementation for all tool platforms required for the NDO Services are deployed, operated and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
Periodically update NDO Management on NDO results progress and customer expectations
Leading and guide SMEs on daily engagements and towards customer critical issues.
Leading C-Level customer presentations (Customer CTO, Planning Head, Quality Head etc.) where required and proactively engage on a regular basis within the customer organisation to identify needs, expectations and develop close relationships.
Accountable for the development of the technical competence and certification of your team in line with our 3 years rolling projected business demand.


To be successful in this role, you must have:

Leadership Skills
Demonstrated skills to lead large service delivery teams in diverse and sophisticated operational environments. Leading them to successful project outcomes in customer projects and CxO engagement.
Ability to discuss with customer on Network Architecture, Network design, Technology evolution and Network Optimisation area to improve customer experience.
Guide teams on troubleshooting and optimising 4G/5G network from e2e perspective
dedicated with a proactive approach to handle issues that require your guidance and to drive them to conclusion.
Develop a culture within the team that challenges, sustains, engages and motivates them.
Lead by example and take accountability to deliver. Build a positive, high energy team to achieve goals.
Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience across all phases of project starting from pre-sales to service delivery.
Demonstrated Network Design and Optimization background for a minimum of 15 years
Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding service environment with changing and tight deadlines.
Strong and validated negotiation and conflict management skills.


Key Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT mandatory.
Vast experience in 3G/4G/5G Network design and Optimisation services delivery. Experience on 5G networks is a must.
Additional Business-related qualifications are highly regarded.
