They are established, highly successful and growing thanks to partnerships with many major hospitals and private practice facilities throughout North America. We have helped this client hire a dozen reps since 2015. Many of which are still there and have been promoted. This company designs, manufacturers and distributes a broad range of medical devices and capital equipment for nearly every department in a healthcare facility setting. Their line of medical devices helps to facilitate a caregiver role in providing the best outcome for patients.
Accountabilities: You will be responsible for driving sales within your territory and must look at running your territory like your own business. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit to be successful Leads will be provided but you will also need to generate your own leads You will need to make decisions and presentations while learning and training on the fly This is an office based role with some travel involved
Requirements: 2-4 years selling in a B2B environment Able to thrive in a competitive, fast paced, ever changing environment Abel to regularly travel to the US (all expenses paid) Hunter mentality and self-starter attitude Compensation and Final Thoughts: Total year one income likely to exceed 100k. This company tends to promote quickly, if you are performing you will get noticed and move up the ladder. Top reps historically make north of 200k. If you're looking to break into medical device sales and have a true hunter mentality this is a homerun. While a university degree is preferred, it's not necessary. No prior medical sales experience?
