Responsibilities:
Management in Microsoft Exchange Outlook
Co-ordinate and manage executive schedules and Screen calls
In charge of planning and scheduling all business travel and manage expenses
Capable of prioritisation
Required Skills for the Executive Assistant will include:
Computer literate: Microsoft office suites- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
Self-motivated and working independently
Ability to take direction and orders from superiors
Detail-orientated
