Key Account Manager

Introduction:

About The Role:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities, by using a
consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads,
leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
What youll do:
Handle customer requests and queries to convert them to a potential client.
Take up a proactive approach to ensure resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication.
Recommend potential services, by collecting customer information and analyzing customer
needs.
Prepare sales reports by collecting and analyzing customer information post payment.
What youll need:
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of customer success experience via phone, email, and chat.
Ability to work on multiple tools simultaneously like CRM, phone calls, chat tools, google
sheets etc.
Problem-solving and developing strong relationships with key customers to build a trusted
partnership.
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Relevant Experience of 0-1 years.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
