French + English Customer Service

Your role

The candidate will be working in a project with relatively simple processes, but accuracy is an absolute must. The candidate deals with questions from French shops that are using the end customers' payment solutions. (pin machines etc.) A big part of the job is remotely solving technical issues or questions regarding the payment solutions.

There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job (focus will be on privacy related themes).

Requirements

• French native + good level of English
• Call centre experience is an added value, but not required;
• Basic computer skills are necessary;
• Able to follow procedures around sensitive data;
• You can submit proof that you are free of criminal offences;
• Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services).

Location: Valencia

Working hours: Monday - Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00. 8 hours per day via a shift system. Planning takes personal preferences in consideration. There are also night shifts and although thet have a fixed team for it, it might occasionally happen that the candidate has to work a night shift.

Parttime work is possible for 24 or 32 hours per week. However the training is a mandatory 39 hours per week (for 2 weeks)
