Job Description

Pacific Wealth Solutions is an insurance brokerage firm based in Irvine, CA. The Company provides agent with free leads through live transfer phone calls and a full-service back office covering application, underwriting, and case management. Our back-office team consists of insurance and finance professionals who have experience underwriting and receiving approvals for cases of over $100 million in coverage over the past few years. Duties and responsibilities
Answer lead calls, generate quotes and convert to sales opportunities in adherence with company process.
Prospect new clients through lead calls. Keep track of application status, follow up with prospective clients and close sales with superior client services.
Work with back office to submit applications, expedite underwriting process, and deliver policies to clients.
Communicate with insurance carriers, agencies, and other third parties to move cases forward.
Build and manage client relationship based on a real understanding of clients needs.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with third parties such as referral sources, professional groups, and insurance carriers etc.
Work to certain KPIs to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Demonstrate and uphold professionalism and work ethics.

Qualifications
Skills:
A good understanding and strong experience of life insurance is required, preferably experience in term and final expense insurance products.
Strong records of sales and ability to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills, taking on extra duties, and making suggestions for improvement.
Motivated self-starter who works well independently.

Experience:
Minimum 1 years sales experience in life insurance products.
Licensed in California Life and Health and ability to get licensed in multiple states.
General higher education or sales training and qualifications.

Required Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
