Technical Expertise

• Overall 8+ years of testing experience with extensive exposure on Enterprise DWH / BI transformation, ETL and Data migration Projects
• Experience in defining the Test Data Management approach for Large / Medium scale engagements.
• Real time experience working with MDM, TDM and Data Management platforms will be an advantage.
• Should know how ETL process work and can analyze and explain technical issues to the developers and be able to understand technical direction from the development teams as well.
• Ability to lead multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Should have worked on Snowflake along with any of the databases like Oracle, SQL server, MySQL, Azure SQL DB, Redshift
• Should have worked on any one of the cloud platform AWS/Azure/GCP
• Should have proven experience in Defining and Managing end to end Testing process for large/ medium scale Data Projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management, Onsite / Offshore Coordination, Client engagement, management is desirable.
• Experience in handling Big Data projects with strong expertise and understanding in
• Good to have exposure on Hadoop Ecosystem components like HIVE, HBase, Casandra, Kafka, Spark, Oozie scheduler, Sqoop
• Should have good experience in Test Strategy/ Test Plan creations, Estimations, Stakeholder management
• Excellent knowledge in SQL, Good to have Unix shell scripts.
• Good understanding of Data Models and Data mapping
• Excellent understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Responsible for test planning, strategy and estimation along with the PM
• Responsible for integrity of testing and acceptance activities
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
• Will be interacting with the technical teams so good communication again is key and someone who will be able to be flexible and get along with everyone.
