Job Description
Job Title: AWS DevOps Architect
Location: Dallas, TX
Type: Full Time
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- AWS Professional Certification
- 10+ years as a member of a software development team in a technical capacity (development, dev ops, SDET, etc.)
- Must have application development experience for at least 5+ years.
- Must have Programming experience with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, Ruby
- Must have played a role of Application developer for at least 5+ years
- Must have played the role of Application Architect for at least 3+ years
- Must have played the role of SRE lead for at least 2+ yrs
- Must have experience supporting digital applications web / mobile - with high volume of live traffic
- Must have experienced with distributed system architecture and development.
- Must have implemented CI/CD automation.
- 6+ years providing development operations support to a development team as a primary job function
- 5+ years experience tuning/configuring AWS environments
- 5+ years experience configuring, tuning, querying GitHub, GitLab (Power shell)
- Hands on experience implementing CI / CD automation
- Experience automating builds and deployments using Microsoft TFS, Docker, Jenkins, or other tool
- Experience in building and maintaining AWS infrastructure like VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, Code Deploy, S3 etc.
- Experience with HashiCorp tools (Vault, Consul, Terraform)
