Coordinator III

Summary:

We are looking for someone who will Support evaluation of "as-is" process and program performance at a market/city level.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing performance data (program and vendor) and identify additional data required for complete performance measurement.
• Lead development of a continuous improvement program
• Implement key performance indicators, including;
• Process and standards adherence
• financial/invoicing quality
• Create vendor performance score cards
• Develop outline for, and facilitate, vendor quarterly business reviews.

Skills/ Education/ Experience:

• Five plus years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in; process engineering, data analytics or similar field
• Proven ability to work independently, self starter
• Strong understanding of state utility (811) processes Data analytics, able to combine data sources and analyze to identify trends.
• Advanced capabilities in Google Sheets/Excel
• Strong project management skills: organization, communications, negotiations, problem solving and reporting.
• Basic understanding of the internet services provider industry including: outside plant construction, network operations, fiber to the home (FTTH) networks and utility locates Proficient in Google Suite applications
• Strong presentation skills 5+ years of experience including: data analytics and vendor management
