Must be at least vocational/technical course graduate, college degree holder preferably engineering course or business courses major in
Must have at least two (2) year of work experience as production supervisor, or production in-charge of printing/production department in a flexible packaging or plastic manufacturing industry set-up.
Must possess good supervisory, analytical, organizational, planning, communication and leadership skills (both verbal and written)
