Job Description
Role Overview:
- Experienced working in multiple QA projects / programs for big enterprises
- Should have independently handled QA transformation and/or QA implementation programs for multiple customers
- Beyond delivery, should have experience in auditing and providing consultancy for QA projects / programs
- Deep understanding of the QA processes, QA teams and strategies
- Good interpersonal skills to develop rapport with the customer and ensure seamless delivery from the team
Required Skills:

- Exp in QA Transformation projects
- Client Communications
- Testing Management
- Testing Methodology
Responsibilities:
- Work with the customer to understand the current QA Process, SDLC, QA team & skills
- Identify current gaps / improvement areas in the current QA process & team structure
- Setup an QA strategy to close the gaps identified by working with the QA Architect
- Identify the QA headcount and skill requirement of the project, onboard the right candidates and ensure smoot functioning of the team
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated with project progress regularly
